Are you a peanut-free facility?

Our confectionaries are not suitable for people with peanut allergies as some of our items contain peanuts or peanut butter and the pans and equipment are used interchangeably. The equipment may also come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat and soybeans.

How many pieces are in a 1/2lb, 1lb or 2lb assortment box?

There are approximately: 1/2 lb (approx. 10 pieces),
                                         1 lb (approx. 20 pieces)
                                          2 lb (approx. 40 pieces)

How should I store my chocolates?

Our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sun light, optimally below 70 degrees with humidity less than 55% and away from other products with strong odors that could be absorbed by the chocolate. Please do not refrigerate as chocolate absorbs orders and excessive refrigerator moisture can cause sugar bloom where the sugar rises to the surface of the chocolate, creating a dull surface haze.

How should I eat my chocolate?

Enjoy eating your chocolate at room temperature and we recommend that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties starting with fruit selections and ending with truffles.

What is the sugar substitute in your
sugar free chocolate?

The sugar substitute is Malitol.
