Are you a peanut-free facility?
Our confectionaries are not suitable for people with peanut allergies as some of our items contain peanuts or peanut butter and the pans and equipment are used interchangeably. The equipment may also come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat and soybeans.
How should I store my chocolates?
Our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, optimally below 70 degrees with humidity less than 55% and away from other products with strong odors that could be absorbed by the chocolate. Please do not refrigerate as chocolate absorbs orders and excessive refrigerator moisture can cause sugar bloom where the sugar rises to the surface of the chocolate, creating a dull surface haze.
When will my order ship out?
Orders will ship out in 1 – 5 business days;
most orders ship out in 1 day.

What about shipping to Warm Climates?
Shipments to warm climates must be shipped via Next Day or Second Day Air. 2nd Day Air shipments placed to warm climates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Next Day Air shipments to warm climates ordered on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. You can request a warm climate delivery to ship on Thursday or Friday but the condition of the chocolate on arrival cannot be guaranteed. Saturday Delivery can be requested and may require an additional charge.
What is the sugar substitute in your sugar free chocolate?
The sugar substitute is Malitol.

How should I eat my chocolate?
Enjoy eating your chocolate at room temperature and we recommend that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties starting with fruit selections and ending with truffles.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
The United States Postal Service DOES ship to P.O. Boxes.
How are the shipping charges determined?
Shipping charges are dependent on the zip code and weight and are calculated using the current USPS shipping rates at the time of sale.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and APO, FPO or overseas require special handling: please contact us for pricing at 802-375-6928 or email us.
